Iron Mountain (NYSE:[[ticker:IRM]]), a Boston-based provider of information storage and protection products, announced today a proposed $450 million notes offering. The notes to be sold in the public offering are due by 2021, and the proceeds will be used in combination with the company’s other funds toward the redemption of certain senior subordinated notes due in 2013 as well as other corporate uses.
