John Ryals has retired from Metabolon, where he was president and CEO. Ryals, co-founder of the Research Triangle Park, NC, company, will remain on the board of directors. Rohan Hastie, Metabolon’s chief business officer, has been promoted to president and CEO. Metabolon has developed technology that analyzes processes related to metabolism. The company’s tests have applications in pharmaceutical research, diagnostics, and nutrition.
