Entrepreneur University 2009 (NWEN)

Information and registration here.

NWEN is pleased to announce its signature annual event, uniting all the movers and shakers in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, for a day of speakers who will inspire you, networking opportunities that will connect you, and workshops that will empower you to turn thought into action. We surveyed our entrepreneur members for their most significant pain points and found that:

• 50% asked for more insight on business fundamentals, from forming and financing a company to building a team.
• 40% were frustrated with marketing, and sought help in everything from social media to presentations.

Asked and answered! We have designed two tracks to deliver on exactly the above: “Dig In” and “Branch Out.”

And we couldn’t be happier to introduce our morning keynote speaker. Lauded for its use of the “social pulpit” and micropersuasion, the Obama campaign “tapped into the power of social networks” like none before. All politics aside, there’s no arguing with the result. For a peek under the covers of this incredibly successful campaign, join us as Jennifer Mintz Clark, the third employee of Obama for America Campaign and its Deputy COO, shares with us with the secrets of this success.
