Waltham, MA-based cancer diagnostics firm On-Q-ity has added a new investor and an additional $5 million to the $21 million Series A venture round it announced in early November, according to a press release summarized in the Boston Globe today. The new investor, Atlas Venture, joins Bessemer Venture Partners, MDV-Mohr Davidow Ventures, Northgate Capital, and Physic Ventures. On-Q-ity was formed earlier this year through the fusion of Mohr Davidow Ventures portfolio companies Cellective DX and The DNA Repair Company.
