Billed as the largest single gathering of biosciences professionals in Michigan, the MichBio Expo attracted 530 participants and 57 exhibitors last year. Seventy percent of attendees are executives in biosciences companies, research institutions and universities with another 25 percent representing service providers and other related industries. Michigan biosciences companies will present before an audience of venture capitalists, angel investors and institutional investors. One-on-one Business Partnering Meetings will be offered in addition to a Manufacturing Session where suppliers can learn more about the medical device and biotech sectors.
