Boston Millennia Finds $24.3M for Fund

Boston Millennia Partners, a Boston-based venture firm that invests in healthcare and life sciences companies, has raised $24.3 million for its Boston Millennia Partners III LP fund, according to an SEC filing. The filing says that the total offering amount for the fund is $300 million. There are 18 investors in the fund, according to the filing, which does not list the investors by name.
