Bill Davenhall has worked in health and human services since the early seventies. He has directed many initiatives involving the use of information systems in healthcare and human service delivery organizations. He is currently the senior health advisor for Esri, the Redlands, CA-based GIS software developer, where he was previously manager of Esri's global health and human services business. He also serves on on a data access working group, making recommendations on health IT innovation to the U.S. National Committee of Vital and Health Statistics of the Department of Health and Human Services.
