Chris Rathe is co-founder, chairman, and CEO of PriTest, a Redmond, WA-based developer of a diagnostic test for tuberculosis. Before co-founding PriTest, Chris co-founded Metacode Technologies, Inc., a San Francisco content management software firm. As COO/CFO Chris helped develop innovative technology with million dollar sales, and led the company through a $150M merger with industry leader Interwoven, Inc. During his tenure at Metacode, Chris oversaw strategic business planning, fund raising, intellectual property matters, physical and IP security, legal and licensing agreements, and administration of daily operations.
Chris also co-founded Bio Research Laboratories, Inc. (BRL), a Redmond, Washington biotechnology company, managing BRL’s analytical laboratory business.
Chris has a B.S. in business administration and finance law from Portland State University.
