David Luberoff is Executive Director of Harvard University’s Rappaport Institute for Greater Boston, which aims to improve the governance of greater Boston by strengthening ties between the region’s’ scholars, students, and civic leaders. He previously was Associate Director of the Taubman Center for State and Local Government at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
