Justin Lee is a licensed real estate salesman with almost a decade of commercial real estate experience in leasing, project management, and development. Along with two friends, launched TheSquareFoot in 2012. Originally from Houston, Justin attended The University of Texas in Austin and almost immediately following graduation in 2003, began his career as an office leasing associate for one of the largest office landlords in Texas. He then moved into development and management, as a project manager for a boutique diversified commercial real estate firm specializing in multi-family and residential lot development.
Seeing some glaring holes in the office-leasing industry, both for prospective tenants looking for space and for landlords and their brokers marketing and leasing space, Justin joined up with Jonthan Wasserstrum and Aron Susman in 2011, and began to lay the groundwork for their online destination for commercial real estate leasing---TheSquareFoot. They launched TheSquareFoot in 2012 and in December of that year were accepted into the spring 2013 class of the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator in New York.
