ESI and Zygo To Merge

Portland, OR-based Electro Scientific Industries (NASDAQ: [[ticker:ESIO]]) and Middlefield, CT-based Zygo (NASDAQ: [[ticker:ZIGO]]) announced today they have agreed to merge in an all-stock transaction.
